How-To…compare an x-ray with the previous x-ray for the same teeth

In the Patient File select and open the x-ray that you wish to compare.

The current image and the previous image taken for the same tooth numbers are displayed side-by-side.

To see one additional x-ray from the past, click the Compare button at the top of the screen.

How-To…merge two files for the same patient into one

In the Edit menu click on “Merge 2 patients.”

Select the patient’s first record whose images will be transferred into the the second record.

ADSTRA Button Number 3

Select the patient’s second record where the images from the first record will be transferred into. After all of the images are transferred over, the first record will be removed from the system.

Go to the patient’s file where the images are currently located and open them, then highlight them on the filmstrip.

From the File menu select Word Templates -> Predefined -> Demo Reports -> Existing Condition – 6 images and comment.

Click on the Provider button; select Provider; click Personal.

In Personal, click Edit and click the “” button beside ID#1 – the Provider Information screen is displayed.

Check CDAnet Authorized; enter the ID Number, Province, etc.; the CDA Provider Number is automatically generated.

To define scheduling availability, from the Appointments menu select Setup, Weekly Schedule.
