How-To…produce an Existing Conditions report with 6 images and comments in MS Word

Open and highlight the 6 images on the filmstrip in the main viewer.

From the File menu select Word Templates -> Predefined -> Demo Reports -> Existing Condition – 6 images and comment.

MS Word will open and show the report with patient and image information already inserted into the report.

Enter the start and end dates for the time period you want to view; you will have the option to Print the report or to Preview it first.

The report lists all the patients with treatment that was provided but not yet charged.

To define scheduling availability, from the Appointments menu select Setup, Weekly Schedule.

Select a name or All Providers, enter the start and end dates for the scheduling period and the daily schedule, then click Save.

The appointments screen will then “grey out” the times when providers are unavailable.
